KPR User License
This NFT User License (this “User License”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Finders Lab, Inc. (“Finders,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and governs your use of any non-fungible token purchased or obtained on www.kprverse.com (the “Site”) or which you have subsequently acquired in accordance with the terms of this User License. Terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings set out in the Terms of Service.
TL:DR
What You Own: By purchasing or otherwise legally obtaining one or more Keepers you will have legal ownership, right, and title to the applicable Keeper. That means you can show it off, use it as your pfp, license it, sell it, create derivative works based on the Metadata associated with it, and even monetize it through the sale of physical merchandise! There are very few restrictions on what you can do with the NFT and the associated Metadata - just the minimum needed to protect the Finders brand - but should you have any questions about using the NFTs or Metadata in a certain manner, take a look at the Section 3 of the User License or shoot us an email at hello@kprverse.com.
TL:DR
What We Own: This website, its contents, and the Metadata associated with the NFTs are owned by Finders. This includes but is not limited to the intellectual property rights surrounding the images, names, logos, 3D layer files, trademarks, the website, the ability to mint 3D or voxel or other versions of the NFTs, the look and feel of the website interface, the smart contract code, or anything else not specifically granted by any licenses. All rights that are not specifically granted to the users of the website or owners of the NFTs are reserved by us.
